G4T0, Rubius personal assistant.
This is the very first character we made.
I manually rigged it in Modo, and we used material tricks to control the movement of the eyes and blinking as well as the tail movement.

Rubius may be the TV series protagonist, but Armaduron was our main character for this experience.

We made an avatar editor for the players, since it was intended as a shared experience with 2 players in the same room.

Rubius has a rig, made with ACS; but doesn´t have any animation. We used physical animation with constrains so you can move him a bit, but he always comes back to his resting position.

At some points of the experience, you can activate an anti-gravity button and make everything fly.

One beta tester spent the entire experience trying to put some order in the room. It was very funny when she pressed the anti gravity button.

Virtual Hero

This was a 4 month project that we made as a promotion for Virtual Hero, an anime series inspired by Rubius, a Spanish Youtuber.
Initially meant as a short 2-player local VR game for events, we eventually released a single player version on Steam that can be found here:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1065390/Virtual_Hero_VR/

Epic Games got interested in the experience and made a sportlight article on their site, they told us we were the first spanish company to appear on the spotlight, but they took so long to release it that it may not be true anymore:

Our dev team was composed of around 6 people:
-Director: David Gomis
-Programmers: Pepe Lemos and Albert Sirvent
-Artists: Jose Pardo (who later got swapped for Roberto Picó) and me.
-Freelance Animator: Eloy Castillo.

I did the blockout, a large part of the art, rigging and materials, and some lighting and game design.
